As of the date shown for each county on the main search screen, each defendant having an Outstanding Warrant in one or more cases will have text in red following the word Defendant indicating the outstanding warrant. You should check with the Sheriff's Office in the county to confirm whether the warrant is still outstanding. You can also see the date of the last update for each county by moving the mouse over the link if you are using Internet Explorer version 5.0 or later.
The outstanding warrant may be on the case where the flag shows up or it may be on a different case for this individual. If a defendant has an outstanding warrant in one county, the OSW flag will only be set for that county.
It is possible that there are several individuals having the same name as this defendant. It is also possible that the warrant has been recalled or some other action has been taken since the time the data was last updated from this county. You should not depend on this data being current without checking with the county where the warrant was issued.
